LAPEL PIN TOMB OF THE UNKNOWN SOLDIER

As 2015 marked fifteen years since the Unknown Soldier was laid to rest in the Tomb at the front of Canada’s National War Memorial, The Royal Canadian Legion has commissionned this Tomb of the Unknown Soldier commemorative pin to show the Legion’s support in commemorating this historical centenary period of Canadian history. The pin is a scaled down version of the bronze work atop of the tomb, depicting a medieval sword, a First World War helmet, and branches of maple and laurel leaves.
